For $8.00 a month, club members will receive the following:
A NEW An exclusive 7x5” signed watercolor print of an iconic location of Kansas City (Working on next months now!). High quality ink from an art print shop using CKMY colors. These prints will not be available at my retail spaces and are currently exclusively available to those who are subscribed for the month. Each will be hand signed on the back!
I DO NOT SELL ADDITIONAL 5X7 PRINTS. They are exclusive for Mail Club Members :)
A 3x3” vinyl gloss sticker of a location around Kansas City. Perfect to put on a laptop or water bottle.
A letter from me talking about the main location, facts about the location, and some general thoughts from the me that I hope will inspire and encourage you.
A $250 donation of the proceeds from all the art club subscriptions will go to local a humanitarian cause of Theo’s choice each month. That organization is announced on the back of each letter with more info about it as well.
A chance to be gifted the ORIGINAL piece of art with letter of authenticity. Yes, lucky member each month will be gifted the original at no extra charge. Sometimes I just randomly select a name. Sometimes I will ask people something specific on my social to win the original - but still exclusive to those who are mail club members :) I’m starting to play around more with how I do this so make sure you are following me on social media for a chance to have a “Theo Original”

Whatever month you sign up, letters go out the beginning of the next month. So if you sign up in February, your goodies will be sent first week of March. If you sign up or stay signed up in March 1-30, your package will get shipped out within the first few days of April, and so on. People usually get their mail between the 5th - 20th. It is called “Snail Mail” for a reason!

Nope! The only way to get a print is to be signed up the month before they get sent out! I’ve thought about offering past prints in the past because it would 100% benefit my reach. However, I think there is something special when you receive a package knowing only those who were part of the club are going to get it. So if you see something you liked from the past issues, try to buy the print off someone who has it! But also, more iconic locations are on the horizon! So become a club member so you don’t miss future ones!

Currently, the only way to update an address is to cancel your subscription and resubscribe with the updated address. This takes less than 2 minutes! To do this:
1. On the homepage click Login
2. On the home page click Account
3. Click Subscriptions
4. Click Active Kansas City Art Mail Club
5. Click Cancel Subscription
6. Resubscribe with your new address!

If you have tried to update your card information but it doesn’t seem to save, you’re not alone! I apologize in advance for this not feeling intuitive. This is a Square Space issue which I have reached out to them about. Here are step by step instructions to update your card info:
1. On homepage click Login.
2. On homepage click Account
3. Click Subscriptions
4. Click ACTIVE Kansas City Art Mail Club Subscription.
5. Click Manage Subscription
6. Click “Update Payment method”
7. Click “Add New Payment”
8. CLICK SAVE!!!! At the top right corner you must click save otherwise your old card will still be on file and it will charge your old card or auto cancel the subscription if the card is not active after 10 days.
(What some customers have experienced)
An issue people run into is when you click on “account” there is a section titled “payment methods”. People rightly assume that if they update their card info there it should be good - but it isn’t. When adding a new card this way there is a warning at the bottom of the screen which says “This will not affect your existing subscriptions and recurring donations. Go to your subscriptions or donations to update payment for prior purchases.” Again, this is a Square Space Web Host Design issue which I can’t change. Sorry for the confusion & inconvenience! Risk Free! Cancel your subscription at any time! To cancel, log into your account (click account/log in on the top right of the website) from there you can manage your subscriptions for yourself or gift subscriptions you gave to someone else!

Whats Included Each Month?
An exclusive 5×7” signed watercolor print of an iconic location of Kansas City. These prints will be printed using archival pigment ink which gives richer colors than a standard RGB or CKMY printer. It will not fade over time. This museum quality printer uses a mixture of 10 colors to achieve the best color possible. These prints will not be available at my retail spaces.

When are the packages sent?
Regardless of when you subscribe during a month, everyone’s art will be mailed out at the same time on the 1st of the following month.
