Commissions are currently closed until March.
Who are commissions for?
My clients often commission me for a large variety of reasons. When framing a real life photo isn’t enough, people turn to me to capture a place that holds meaning for them or people they care about. There is something magical about seeing your life through the eyes of a professional artist. I’ve been commissioned to capture places like a childhood home, an old home someone is leaving or a new home someone has moved into. I’ve been commissioned to bring to life a brand new business that is just launching as well as businesses that close to the last time. Sometimes it’s a park where the grandkids play. a vacation spot, a location where a proposal took place, and many more!

FOR WATERCOLOR COMISSIONS:
Subject Matter: I exclusively do storybook style art. This is a mixture of Watercolor and Ink with some whimsical line-work and both intentional / haphazard splashes of color here and there. My art never strives to be a 1 to 1 perfect recreation - but a piece of art filled with color, mistakes, and the clear and over all impression of the location.
Size: All my watercolor paintings are small works that are done in a single size. 8”x8” with a 12”x12” white matte installed over it. I also include a black modern frame with a glass cover.
Turn around Time: We’ll discuss a timeframe of when the art would be completed and ready for delivery. If I have no comissions in line ahead of you I may be able to do it in as little as a week. If I have previous clients ahead of you, I’ll give you an estimate of when it will be completed (sometimes can be 1-2 months out)
Cost:
These works take 6-10 hours to create.
Using premium Winsor & Newton watercolor pigment paint.
Paper is handcrafted in India using 100% recycled cotton. Acid-free 140 lb (300 gsm) watercolor sheet.
Finished Painting will be installed on a 12x12” white fine art matte.
Installed inside of a 12x12” modern black frame with real glass (not plexie glass) to give it a premium feel with some weight to it.

All of this for $275.

FOR PALETTE KNIFE OIL PAINTING COMMISSIONS
Subject Matter: I exclusively do storybook style art. My oil paintings are done exclusively with a palette knife. No brushes. This creates a thick and textured work that is guaranteed to spark conversation. My art never strives to be a 1 to 1 perfect recreation - but a piece of art filled with color, mistakes, and the clear and over all impression of the location.
Size: My Oil Paintings are reserved for larger pieces starting at 20x20 and going up from there. I charge $2 per square inch. So a 20x20 $800. A 30x30 would be $1800. and a 40x40 would be $3200
Turn around Time: We’ll discuss a timeframe of when the art would be completed and ready for delivery. If I have no comissions in line ahead of you I may be able to do it in as little as a week. If I have previous clients ahead of you, I’ll give you an estimate of when it will be completed (sometimes can be 1-2 months out)
