The Story
This is a painting I made down in the heart of Kansas City from the perspective of Baltimore Ave & Truman Road. It was winter time and I was driving around downtown looking for perspectives to paint from inside my car. I was actually driving south down Baltimore Ave when I glanced in my rear view mirror and noticed the scene you see now. I pulled over and decided to simply paint what I saw through my rear view mirror! Pretty cool huh? This was a fun one and captured several iconic buildings of down town Kansas City.
